Since 2007 it has been the operator of the electronic tolling system on the M50 and eFlow, the best known electronic tag system for Ireland’s toll motorways. It is a subsidiary of Sanef Groupe, the French specialist motorway operator with operations in six European countries and Canada. Founded in 1963, Sanef Groupe has revenues of over €1.5 billion and manages nearly 2,000km of motorway. It has a majority ownership by Spanish conglomerate Abertis.

Since 2007 Sanef ITS Operations Ireland has been the operator of the electronic tolling system on the M50 and eFlow, the best known electronic tag system for all of Ireland’s toll motorways.
